A legacy of excellence

We run a commercial farming business in Urila NSW, located just 30 minutes from Canberra. Purchased by the Rowley family in 1961, the property has been the cornerstone of our family's dedication to farming for over 60 years, and over 150 years in the area. From cultivating the land, to breeding cattle and sheep, our journey started with a focus on delivery quality livestock to the market. We recognised the growing desire for local produce within the Canberra community which led to the inception to Cleacre Meat Co, our effort to supply the local community with premium quality produce from our farm in Urila.

From paddock to plate

Our farm provides a spacious and natural environment for our lambs to thrive, where they have access to open pastures and can graze on native and seasonsal grasses. This natural diet ensures our lambs grow healthy and strong, resulting in high-quality meat with exceptional flavour.
